Each wedding at Redland Family Farm boasts a variety of both indoor and outdoor spaces, all unique, and thoughtfully and sustainably crafted. Oregon’s natural allure is captured in each area of the farm and is highlighted differently, depending on natures palette of the season. From our fields of Christmas and olive trees, the old growth timber area, our neighbors plum orchard, the option of gifting your guests fresh honey harvested from the farm, and the most spectacular and captivating sunsets.

PRICING

WEDDINGS

Redland Family Farm’s hours of operation are from 10am to 10:45pm, unless otherwise contracted.

MAY - OCTOBER: 12 HOURS OF YOUR CHOICE BETWEEN 10AM – 10:45PM $6250

NOVEMBER - APRIL: 12 HOURS OF YOUR CHOICE BETWEEN 10AM – 10:45PM $5500

In addition to the 12 hours permitted for brides and grooms to use the space for getting ready and the wedding activities, an additional 2 hours for a wedding rehearsal is also included. The rehearsal can be scheduled 4 months prior to the wedding. Holds can be placed on an ideal date and time however, these are subject to change if an event should book that takes place at the same time as the rehearsal. Please contact Redland to schedule your rehearsal.

AMENITIES INCLUDED

  • Full access to all of our venue’s beautifully updated spaces, including our newest Pavilion building overlooking the wildflowers

  • Full kitchen (for catering prep, staging, and wedding party food)

  • Six restrooms, including one with shower for wedding party use

  • 2 Separate, private suites for wedding party to get ready in and use throughout the evening

  • Beautifully lit outdoor patio and surrounding Green space (turf)

  • Use of portable bar (not available in downstairs café)

  • Large parking lot with ADA parking available and paved road to all buildings

  • 12 white outdoor lounge chairs

  • 2 cornhole games,1 giant jenga and bocce ball set up for guest enjoyment

  • Piano in hanger building

  • On-site staff for day of facilities care




OPTIONAL AMENITIES

  • 2 outdoor fireplaces, 1 outdoor fire pit, and 1 indoor fireplace* - $150 each (not available when fire restrictions are in effect)

  • Chiffon installation fee in the Oak tree - $150 / $200 if using our chiffon

  • Additional time added to rehearsal day and/or day of event (full property) - $150/hour

  • Additional Redland staff labor - $75/hour/person

  • Overnight parking fee - $200

  • Misc. furniture and equipment available

  • Rehearsal dinners available

MISC EVENT PRICING 

$250 PER HOUR UP TO 50 GUESTS

$350+ PER HOUR 50 GUESTS AND OVER

Minimum contract value is $900 for miscellaneous events. Redland Family Farm’s hours of operation are from 10am to 10:45pm, unless otherwise contracted.

Set-up and tear down hours are available at $100/hour. Note: If it is observed that set-up and tear down time is being used as event time, the set-up and tear down hours will be charged at full price.

Note: Prices above include the use of one of the below building options:

1. The Large Event Barn with 3 respective restrooms and surrounding turf area

2. The 2 story Hanger building with 3 respective restrooms and kitchen area and patio area.

OTHER:

The Wedding Suite connex building or the separate downstairs wedding suite room, both with private and comfortable seating are each available for an additional flat fee of $250. Overnight parking of vehicles available for $200 and must be picked up by 10am.

If leasing the large building, the kitchen is available for an additional flat fee of $250 and must be left in the condition it was found.
